BILL SETTLEMENT Guests are always required to make full payment being 100% of their room tariffs before or on arrival. Individual cheques are not accepted on our premises. A bank transfer payment is allowed 7 days prior to arrival. We receive payments on Mastercard/Visa, American Express, and Mobile money (MTN Momo, Airtel Tigo Money, and Vodafone Cash).

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT All our cherished guests are required to present valid government identification in order to be eligible for a check-in. Check-in time is 2 pm GMT(UTC). Check-out time is 12 pm GMT(UTC). Late check-outs will attract a fee. If your late check-out goes beyond 6 pm GMT(UTC), you shall pay for a night. On failure to move out, management reserves the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room and the property using all legitimate and appropriate means possible.
GUEST BELONGINGS Room safes and door locks are provided for each room to protect the belongings of our guests. Our cherished guests are responsible for all valuables in their rooms. Management shall not be liable for any damage caused to the guests’ belongings due to theft or pilferage.
PETS No pets are allowed.
HAZARDOUS GOODS Bringing goods or articles of combustible, hazardous, or objectionable nature onto the premises is strictly prohibited. Any guest who violates this policy shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees' visitors, agents, and staff for all losses, financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest's own negligence and non-observance of laid-down rules. Gambling, contraband goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on Brown Hills Residences premises.
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE All guests shall be responsible for use of in-room and Brown Hills Residences amenities and therefore shall be liable for any damage or losses caused by them or any person for whom they are responsible.
NO SMOKING All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Brown Hills Residences has designated a place comfortable for our guests who smoke. A fee of $100 will be chargeable when found smoking in any room.
ACCESSIBILITY Kindly contact Brown Hills Residences prior to booking, in case you have any disability.
COMPORTMENT It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Brown Hills Residences premises.
PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY No guest is allowed to use any part of the premises for commercial purposes or any other event without written authorization by the management or authorized representatives of Brown Hills Residences.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Photographs and videos taken at our property for commercial purposes without written permission are illegal. Individuals caught in such an act or related activity will be prosecuted.
CHILD POLICY Children under 10 years stay for free. Children between 10 and 12 years pay half price.
EXTRA BED POLICY Extra beds will attract a fee. Guests are not allowed to bring their own beds.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY All guests have the right to reserve a room at Brown Hills Residences either through a phone call, email, Online Travel Agents, or via the booking engine provided on our website. Guests can cancel their reservations 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid payment of the first night's room charge. Late cancellations will attract 50% of the room charge.
NO SHOW POLICY Brown Hills Residences shall charge 100% of the entire stay for no-shows.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS Brown Hills Residences expects all guests to comply with Covid-19 measures at the property for their own safety.
ROOM SERVICE Brown Hills Residences operates room service for all guests with menus provided in the room. Complimentary Service Breakfasts, free Wi-Fi services, and free use of our swimming pool and the gym are all available for in-house guests.
NB: A shuttle transport to and from the airport is available for a fee.
NOISE-MAKING RESTRICTIONS Guests are prohibited from making noise in their rooms or at any other place on the premises which has the likelihood of disturbing the peace/serenity of the atmosphere at Brown Hills Residences. Parties and loud gatherings of any kind are prohibited in rooms, common areas, and on the compound of Brown Hills Residences. Guests wishing to engage in such activities should contact management to make arrangements for space in the Recreational Area for the purpose, subject to limitations in force. Management reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including sanctioning guests who flout these rules, to maintain the calmness with which the property is associated.
